Lifestyle Evolved is your personal resource for obtaining your health and physical fitness goals. I am your personal training. I design the programs specifically based off of your strengths and weaknesses. We train hard and consistent and we do it in a private studio in SE Portland. Crys started her fitness journey in high school when she was trying to find an outlet of escape. Not playing sports in school she took the time to teach herself how to get around the gym. After learning the ins and outs of fitness, lifting, and a balanced healthy lifestyle she started to see real results, not only in her body and strength, but in her confidence as well. She quickly realized that fitness was her passion, and has since dedicated her time to learning, sharing, and chasing her passion. She started training family, friends, and colleagues to help others find their confidence in and out of the gym.  Crys works great with females who either need a jump start or don't feel confident in the gym. Her approach is to train the woman's body to give her the best curves and strong body that she wants to attain. She focuses on the entire body, and heavily targets the glutes because they’re the largest muscle in the body as well as a target area for females. When we focus on the glutes, the entire metabolism raises because of the size of the muscle. You'll notice your upper body looking leaner, your waist getting smaller, and your butt looking better than ever. Women shouldn’t train the same way as men, because their bodies and curves are different, and Crys understands that. I'm Josh, a long time sports enthusiast who waited until college to find the gym and never looked back. I developed a passion for exercise and nutrition during a 4 year affair with crossfit and paleo which has evolved into a more balanced, healthy approach. I teach gymnastic and Olympic lifting, as well as many full-body compound movements that will get you in shape for being better at everything in your daily life. I love helping my clients learn proper nutrition and cheering them on as they drop pants sizes and add muscles they didn't know they had. My goal is to help as many people as possible to be proud of themselves, full of energy, and confident in their health.

Daniel is new to the team and uses his nine years of coaching basketball, football, and baseball to motivate and bring out greatness in all of his clients. When he was 15 years old he weighed 240lbs, was pre-diabetic, and even had to take metformin. He started eating right and got serious about working out because he was unwilling to let a disease take over his body for the rest of his life. He was determined and would wake up early to work out before work or would head out for a work-out after work. Fortunately, after creating and following a routine that worked for him he has not returned to the pre-diabetic range since then. He found work-outs he enjoyed (disc golf, jump romping, and cycling) so that he would not waiver in his commitment to his health. He was evolving his lifestyle for his personal health! Through the years he has accomplished goals like weighing 160 lbs and being able to cycle up to 200 miles a week. Maybe some of you may relate, but in 2015 Daniel got married and his eating habits changed, he ate out very often, and no longer woke up early to hit the gym. In mid 2016 he had enough and went back to the gym. He weighed 230lbs and had to push himself every single day. Going into 2017 he is committed to evolving his lifestyle once again and more excitingly he is committed to helping YOU evolve your lifestyle. He knows it isn’t easy, he is doing it with you! He will be teaching two sessions at 6am Tuesdays and Thursdays before he heads to his “day job” and will be calling his clients to “dig deep!” If you are interested, he is currently accepting new clients.

My name is Elston I started Lifestyle Evolved in 2013. Lifestyle Evolved is about action in whats important to you.  To me it is family, travel, health, and the learnings of an adventure.

Lifestyle Evolved training is designed to improve daily nutrition, postural imbalances, injuries, increase cardiovascular endurance and build strength, all in a motivating and fun atmosphere. 

If you are serious about getting into a fitness program it's important to understand that you have to walk before you run. We start all programs with a focus in nutrition guidance, flexibility, and core strength.
